اتصال Meta للتسويق المدفوع

تستخدم مزاد سيتي Facebook Login for Business لربط أصول إعلانية يختارها مسؤول مخول بصورة صريحة، وللقراءة وإعداد التقارير فقط. هذا الاتصال منفصل عن حسابات النشر الاجتماعي العضوي ولا ينشئ إعلانًا أو يغير حملة أو ميزانية أو حالة إعلان.

البيانات التي نعالجها

• هوية مستخدم Meta المخول ونطاقات الصلاحيات الممنوحة وحالة انتهاء الرمز.
• Business Portfolio وصفحة Facebook والحساب الإعلاني وPixel أو Dataset التي يختارها المسؤول، بما في ذلك الاسم والعملة والمنطقة الزمنية وحالة الحساب والمهام الممنوحة.
• بيانات الحملات ومجموعات الإعلانات والإعلانات ومقاييس الأداء المعيارية مثل الإنفاق والظهور والوصول والنقرات والتحويلات وقيمتها.
• بيانات الإسناد والتحويل التي تجمعها مزاد سيتي وفق الموافقة أو الأساس القانوني المعلن، بعد تقليلها وتطبيعها؛ لا نخزن بريدًا أو هاتفًا خامًا داخل لقطات التقارير.
• دليل تقني منقح لنجاح أو فشل الطلب وتوقيته وفئته، دون رمز وصول أو حمولة مزود أو رسالة خطأ حساسة.

الحماية والاستخدام

تُشفّر رموز الوصول داخل التطبيق، وترتبط الجلسة بالمستخدم والمعلن وتنتهي وتُستهلك مرة واحدة. نستخدم البيانات للقبول التقني، وفحص الصحة، ومزامنة تقارير محدودة، وعرض مؤشرات مجمعة للمعلن المخول. لا نبيع هذه البيانات.

المشاركة والاحتفاظ

تنتقل طلبات القراءة إلى Meta بوصفها المزود، وقد يعالج مقدمو الاستضافة والتشغيل البيانات بالقدر الضروري لتقديم الخدمة وتحت ضوابط الوصول. تنتهي جلسات الاكتشاف القصيرة خلال 15 دقيقة. يبقى رمز الوصول حتى انتهاء صلاحيته أو إعادة الاتصال أو القطع، ويُمنع استخدامه بعد القطع. نحتفظ بلقطات التقارير المعيارية وأدلة التدقيق بالقدر اللازم للتشغيل والمساءلة والمتطلبات القانونية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها غير مرتبطة عندما تنتهي الحاجة، مع مراعاة دورات النسخ الاحتياطي والحجز القانوني.

السحب والحذف والحقوق

يمكن للمسؤول المخول قطع الاتصال من إدارة مزاد سيتي، كما يمكن إزالة وصول التطبيق من إعدادات Facebook. يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الاعتراض أو التقييد أو الحذف بحسب القانون المنطبق. راجع إجراء حذف البيانات أو استخدم نموذج التواصل.

Paid Meta marketing connection

Mazad City uses Facebook Login for Business to connect business assets explicitly selected by an authorized administrator for read-only validation and reporting. This connection is separate from organic social publishing and cannot create ads, change campaigns or budgets, pause ads, or delete provider content.

Data we process

• The authorized Meta user identity, granted permission scopes, and token-expiry status.
• The selected Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, ad account, and Pixel or Dataset, including names, currency, timezone, account state, and granted tasks.
• Normalized campaign, ad-set, ad, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, and conversion value.
• Minimized attribution and conversion data collected under the disclosed consent or lawful basis; raw email addresses and phone numbers are not stored in reporting snapshots.
• Sanitized request evidence recording outcome, timing, and error category, without access tokens, provider payloads, or sensitive provider error text.

Security, use, sharing, and retention

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. OAuth state is user- and advertiser-bound, expiring, and single use. Data is used for controlled acceptance, connection health, bounded reporting sync, and authorized aggregate dashboards. We do not sell it. Read requests are shared with Meta as the provider; hosting and operations providers process only what is necessary under access controls. Discovery sessions expire after 15 minutes. Tokens remain usable only until expiry, reconnection, or disconnection. Normalized snapshots and audit evidence are retained only for operational accountability and legal requirements, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

Revocation, deletion, and rights

An authorized administrator may disconnect Meta in Mazad City, and access can also be removed in Facebook settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, objection, restriction, or deletion. See our Data Deletion Procedure or use the contact form.
