كيفية تقديم الطلب
- افتح نموذج التواصل واختر موضوعًا متعلقًا بالخصوصية، واكتب «طلب حذف بيانات» مع ذكر البريد أو وسيلة التواصل المرتبطة بحسابك. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز وصول أو رمز تحقق.
- سنرسل طلب تحقق مناسبًا إلى وسيلة تواصل مسجلة أو نطلب معلومات محدودة تثبت علاقتك بالحساب أو الطلب. لن نطلب كلمة مرور Facebook أو رمز Meta.
- بعد التحقق، نحذف أو نفصل البيانات المؤهلة ونبلغك عند الاكتمال عبر وسيلة التواصل المتحققة.
الفئات التي يغطيها الطلب
بيانات الحساب والتواصل، الاستفسارات والموافقات، بيانات الإسناد والتحويل المسموح بها، ربط Meta المدفوع والموارد المختارة، ورموز الوصول المشفرة واللقطات المعيارية المرتبطة بك أو بمعلن تملك سلطة تمثيله. قد نحتفظ بسجل محدود عندما يفرض القانون أو حماية النزاع أو سلامة التدقيق ذلك، وسنوضح سبب الاستثناء.
المدة والإشعار

تعليمات Meta
لإيقاف الوصول فورًا، أزل تطبيق مزاد سيتي من إعدادات Facebook ضمن «التطبيقات ومواقع الويب» أو «تكاملات الأعمال»، ثم قدّم الطلب أعلاه لحذف البيانات الموجودة لدى مزاد سيتي. إزالة التطبيق لدى Meta لا تحذف تلقائيًا السجلات التي يجب علينا التحقق منها ومعالجتها، وتقديم الطلب لدينا لا يحذف بياناتك التي تحتفظ بها Meta لحسابها الخاص.
How to submit a request
- Open the contact form, choose a privacy-related subject, and write “Data deletion request” with the email address or contact method associated with your account. Never send a password, access token, or verification code.
- We will verify identity through a registered contact method or request limited information showing your relationship to the account or advertiser. We will never ask for your Facebook password or Meta token.
- After verification, we delete or de-identify eligible data and send a completion notice through the verified contact method.
Data categories covered
The request may cover account and contact data, inquiries and consents, permitted attribution and conversion data, the paid Meta connection and selected resources, encrypted access tokens, and normalized snapshots linked to you or an advertiser you are authorized to represent. A limited record may be retained where law, dispute protection, or audit integrity requires it; we will explain any exception.
Timing and completion notice
We acknowledge the request and aim to complete it within 30 days after verification. If a complex request or legal duty requires more time, we will explain why and provide an expected date. We send a completion notice. Inactive copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until their deletion cycle completes.
Meta-specific steps
To stop access immediately, remove the Mazad City app in Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, then submit the request above for data held by Mazad City. Removing the app at Meta does not automatically complete deletion from Mazad City records, and a request to Mazad City does not delete data Meta retains for its own purposes.
